What a reviewer looks for
- Attribution. Which actor initiated the step — an agent, or a named human?
- Ordering. Was the guardrail consulted before the action, or after?
- Citation. Every denial references the rule and the regulation that backs it.
- Immutability. Append-only. Corrections are new entries, never edits.
- Export. JSONL streams cleanly into the client’s existing SIEM without a bespoke integration.
