What an FDE actually runs inside a client's secure terminal: bootstrap the Regvorn SEOS v1.16 cognitive mesh over a legacy database, tune the Neural ODE signal integrator against irregular telemetry, run quantum spectral and entropy diagnostics, then inject a hallucinated decision to prove the deterministic G-LOCK gate overrides the probabilistic model.
